As an experienced System Tester, with Margin Lending and Equities experience, you will join the Institutional area of this leading Financial Services Company.
You will come on board during a major system upgrade project. The department is also launching new business initiatives and undertaking a long term project to redevelop their existing system. Therefore, they are seeking a System Tester, with strong Financial Services experience, to join their team.
Responsibilities Include:

* Develop the appropriate testing documentations – test plans, test cases, test matrices and test results. * Execute system and acceptance testing phase to ensure the quality of the product. * Communicate testing progress against plans. * Recording of all encountered bugs as incident reports. * Liaise with Business Analysts and Developers on fixes and solutions. * Assist in the preparation and execution of the User Acceptance Test phase. * Apply negotiation and communication skills to obtain commitment from various business and technical teams.

Skills/Experience Required:

* Four to five years testing experience, including the development of test plans and specifications, preparing test data and performing testing * Margin Lending and Equities experience essential * Strong experience with Quality Centre * Full understanding of SDLC * Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team of professionals with a diverse range of skills * Highly developed written and oral communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with staff at all levels * Relevant tertiary qualifications * A strong team player * Ability to work closely with business requirements
