Be responsible for:

* team leadership * team schedule management & execution * working with your team on requirement gathering, design and review, development management, test management, implementation * performance management of the team

Essential technical skills to have:

* .NET * TIBCO * MS SQL

Ideally you will also have experience with:

* ESRI GIS * Business Object * TRIM * Oracle Finance

Other knowledge and skills required includes:

* strong customer service skills * ability to work with cross-boundary teams * proven history of medium .NET application project developmetn on distributed sites and with phased application rollout * excellent spoken and written communication skills with particular strengths in technical documentation
