Due to ongoing successes this national mid tier contractor is looking to recruit a high profile Senior Project Manager for its Townsville office.

The Company

Highly regarded in the Queensland and NSW regions for their road infrastructure work they have ongoing projects as principal contractor, subcontractor and alliance partners.

They are a truly genuine company who pride themselves on staff retention and employee investment.

Their focus is within the road infrastructure sector and to continue JV Alliance based projects across Queensland and consequently seek like minded and experienced engineers.

The Role

A key position delivering major projects whilst being part of the management team responsible for developing business and strategies.

Consequently you will require excellent department of main roads experience, client relationship skills with the ability to manage a portfolio of high value projects and numbers of staff.

A background of mining and bridge infrastructure would also be highly attractive.

What's required

Top tier or mid tier experience of high value Road Infrastructure projects over $50M
JV Alliance exposure
Previous Senior Management experience
Commercial acumen
Ability to manage a group of senior engineers
