Experienced full time Medical Front Desk / Operator needed for a high-volume medical office in the Sydney. Individual must have professional demeanor, people person, organized, multi-tasker, reliable, basic computer skills, outgoing, team player and a fast learner. Must have experience working with multi-line phones, scheduling appointments, authorizations, and collecting payments. Knowledge regarding private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare is a requirement. At least 2 years of medical office experience is required.
