We are a professional couple, my wife work with an insurance company here in london, while i work as sales executive for a a multinational company here in London.My kid is an easy going and relaxed kid, my kid will like someone with lots of energy and enthusiasm. Speaking English as a first language is required.
I am Always on tour so my wife is alone at night so if you can share her desires & satisfied her than you will get Bonus extra.

SALARY/WAGES ARE BELOW:

AU PAIR/NANNY/: £3,000 Monthly (weekly allowance £150)

DRIVER: £3,200 Monthly (weekly allowance £150)

HOUSE-KEEPER: £3,000 Monthly (weekly allowance £150)

AU PAIR ACCOMMODATION:
You shall have a big room, huge, and has a double bed, with sitting area and TV/DVD/Video/Hifi. With three operating divisions being Residential, Commercial and Industrial and Retail, our client seeks a talented and experienced Retail Delivery Manager for their expanding Shopping Centre Division Nationally.

Summary of position, accountabilities & key objectives and Responsibilities

• Management, coordination and monitoring of timely delivery for retail tenancies (Operation centres and Development projects), Lessor / Lessee scope of works, and base building services ensuring construction and installation works are to approved design, of quality workmanship, and compliance of HS+E obligations
• Coordination of all applicable internal business streams and external consultants to ensure all leased tenancies are effectively monitored and delivered as per programme thus minimising downtime on the income stream
• Provide guidance and develop skills, knowledge and performance to less senior coordination team members beyond capabilities to help build individual talent and enhance delivery value to projects
• Coordination of Lessors Works and Services Variations for Developments / Operations
• Interface between internal stakeholders, main contractor, services consultants, retailers, shopfitters and designers to coordinate and price base building variation to the retailer’s format, and where required administer the tenancy variation payments (Category 1 costings)
• Manage and coordinate the Lessor’s scopes of works are completed on time for handover. Conduct site handover and site establishment meetings ensuring compliance to site rules, code, regulatory requirements and receipt of all required paperwork
• Manage tenant interface on disputes associated with the Lessor’s scope or any other site/construction issues, which may compromise timely delivery.
• Liaise with consultants to ensure the tenants services layout are efficient and economical, cross check drawings ensuring variations are correct and any potential building /structural or services conflicts are addressed at the design phase

The role will also involve Project Management, Sustainable Fitout and Delivery while traveling between Shopping Centre projects and managing the Retail Tenancy Team

The Person

To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes:

• Minimum of 5 years postgraduate experience in construction and retail development
• Strong communication and motivation skills
• Requires a high level of initiative with self and team management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to think laterally and find innovative solutions to complex issues
• Good orgnaisational and administrative skills and the ability to coordinate a range of activities simultaneously
• Experienced in retail projects, knowledge and understanding of the business drivers of retail
