We are a Happy and caring family living in WATFORD, HERTFORDSHIRE UK,we are seeking the services of an AU PAIR Nanny, cheff, Gardner,HouseHelp and a driver from any country that can speak English ,caregiver who can take good care of my kids,and an experience driver.Accommodation is free with free feeding ,internet browser? The contract is for minimum 3years ,if you are interested. here are the qualities we required below

candidate must be

God fearing
Trustworthy
reliable and dependable
good in babysitting and housemaid works
good at driving or willing to learn asap

SALARY/WAGES ARE BELOW:

AU PAIR/NANNY: £3,300 Monthly (weekly allowance £130)
DRIVER: £3,500 Monthly (weekly allowance £150)
CAREGIVER: £3,300 Monthly (weekly allowance £130)
HOUSE SITTER: £3,200 Monthly (weekly allowance £120)
employment to commence ASAP.

Nationally, their retail portfolio consists of some of Australia’s most iconic shopping centres. Due to internal movement, an opportunity exists to manage one of Queensland’s leading centres.

Reporting into Centre Management, your mandate will focus on the operational performance of the centre. Technically, you will drive advancements in operating efficiencies, overseeing mechanical and electrical performance, setting preventative maintenance strategies and managing capital upgrades. Focusing on sustainability, you will develop initiatives to encompass water, waste and electricity usage. Driving safety, you will be expected to lead contractor management including site induction, drive OH&S as well as other risk and liability minimisation initiatives.

To succeed in this role you will need developed Facilities Management experience with a substantial exposure to shopping centres. Technical qualifications, either trade or engineering are essential as is strong written and verbal communication skills. Personally, you will employ a management ethos centred on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. .
